Open the Reports Module
Click Reports in the main navigation bar.
The Reports screen appears with every transaction listed.
Apply Filters to Narrow Your Data
Use the Filter panel on the left (or top, depending on screen size) to slice the data any way you like. You can combine any of these options:
Filter | Examples |
|---|
Property | Select one or multiple properties |
Bank Account | Operating, Deposit, or Association accounts |
Transaction Status | Completed, Submitted, Failed |
Contract Type | Fees or Deposits |
Deposit Events | Date extensions, reported incidents |
Transaction Type | Debits or Refunds |
Date Range | Custom start and end dates |
Tip: Mix and match filters for highly targeted reports—e.g., “Failed refunds for Property A in April.”
Save or Reuse a Filter (Optional)
After setting your criteria, click Save Filter to store it for next time.
Download the Report
Click the Down-arrow icon in the upper-right corner.
Choose your preferred format: CSV, PDF, or Excel.
The file downloads instantly and is ready for import into QuickBooks, Xero, or any other accounting software.
