What each role can do


Master Company Admin

The top boss for your firm inside Zinc

  • Add or remove other admins.

  • Create regions or portfolios.

  • Start onboarding for any association.

  • Approve the association’s operating bank account.

  • Co-sign when the Accountant links that account. 


Senior Company Admin

Back up to the Master Admin

  • Has the same buttons as the Master Admin, except that it cannot change the legal Master Service Agreement.


Regional Admin

Leads one geographic group of properties

  • Start onboarding for any association.

  • Adds new associations in the region.

  • Invites Board Members, Accountants, and on-site staff.

  • Watches the status until the app marks the property Verified


Accountant

Handles money movement

  • Provide the details to link the association’s operating bank account.

  • Uploads a voided check or statement.

  • Waits for a Master or Senior Admin to approve.

  • Runs exports for the books.

  • Reconcile transactions.


Property Manager

Runs the property day to day

  • Builds Smart Contracts for recurring fees, deposits, and one-time charges.

  • Assigns those fees to unit occupants ( Renters, Owners, Guests, or Existing Residents ).

  • Invites unit occupants to pay.

  • Log incidents and manage refunds. 


Property Assistant

Helps the Property Manager

  • Can do everything the Property Manager can, acting as backup.
