Quick-Start: Adding a New Management Company 

Who does this? Zinc Representative
Goal: Get the company into Zinc and hand access to its Master Admin.

  1. Create the company profile

    • Admin Console → Companies ▸ New Management Company

    • Enter name, address, primary contact, and billing details → Save

  2. Attach the signed MSA

    • In the new company record, open Documents

    • Upload the fully signed Master Service Agreement (PDF) → Save

  3. Invite the company’s Master Admin

    • Company record → Users ▸ Invite User

    • Role: Master Admin

    • Enter name + work email → Send Invitation

That’s it!
Once the invitee accepts, they own the day-to-day setup for their company.

  1. Create the Company – Zinc Rep enters profile data (name, address, contacts).

  2. Secure the Master Service Agreement (MSA) – collect a signed copy from the management company.

  3. Invite the Master Admin – Zinc Rep sends an in-app invite; the Master Admin sets credentials.

  4. Build the Org Chart – Zinc Rep (or Master Admin) defines regions/portfolios and invites Regional Admins via the auto-generated web form.
