Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Zinc’s Website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or any public display;
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Zinc’s Website; Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
User Agreement
This Agreement is a contract between you and Zinc governing your use of Zinc’s services. If you are an individual, you must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence to use Zinc services. If you are a business, the business must be organized in, operating in, or a resident of, the United States or one of its territories to use Zinc’s services.
By registering and using Zinc, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. The terms include an agreement to resolve disputes by arbitration on an individual basis. You also agree to comply with the following additional policies and each of the other agreements on the Legal Agreements page that apply to you.
